Industry success story: Paperless replacements
黑料网 was the first annuity carrier to launch paperless replacements and complete a successful transaction in January 2025. According to the IRI, 11 other carriers joined us as of July 2026 and the industry:
- Processed 50,000+ paperless replacement transactions.
- Achieved 94% faster cycle times. Replacements that used to take up to 18 days now can be completed in as little as 24-48 hours.
- Reduced the amount of manual work and follow-ups needed.
The industry expects to reach the next 50,000 transactions even faster as 17 more carriers have committed to joining this effort by Q2 2027.

- Automated in-force transactions starting with financial transactions like withdrawals and expanding over time to non-financial servicing requests.
